Download and open the app
Kegel Morse Hero is available on the App Store. No account creation is required to begin.

Select a Morse code track
Tap the track name (for example, SOS) to choose a built-in track or create your own pattern.

Choose your speed
Select 1x, 2x, or 3x speed. Start with 1x if you are new to Kegel exercise sessions.

Press play and follow the ring
The ring animation shows when to squeeze and when to relax. Haptic feedback vibrates in sync with the pattern.

Complete the session
When the track finishes, the app logs the session automatically. Repeat or choose another track.

Review your progress
Use the calendar and history views to see consistency and session details over time.
