How To Use Kegel Morse Hero

A step-by-step guide to starting your pelvic floor training.

Download and open Kegel Morse Hero

Kegel Morse Hero is available for free on the App Store. No account creation is needed. Open the app and you are ready to begin immediately.

Select a Morse code track

Tap the track name (e.g., "SOS") to open the track selector. Choose from built-in tracks or create a custom pattern. Each track shows its duration and Morse code visualization.

Choose your speed

Select 1×, 2×, or 3× speed at the bottom of the screen. Start with 1× if you are new to pelvic floor exercises. Increase speed as you build strength.

Press play and follow the ring

Tap the play button to start. A glowing ring animation shows when to squeeze (ring fills) and when to relax (ring empties). Haptic feedback vibrates in sync with the pattern.

Complete the session

Follow the Morse code pattern until the track finishes. Kegel Morse Hero automatically logs the session. You can repeat or select a different track.

Review your progress

Swipe through the calendar view to see your training history. Kegel Morse Hero shows completed sessions by day with color-coded indicators. All data is stored locally on your device.

Tips for effective training

  • • Train consistently — 2-3 sessions per day is a common recommendation.
